Overview
.Adopting hydrogenation-dehydrogenation (HDH) process, this equipment is a specialized equipment to produce titanium powders. This equipment together with Plasma Atomization Powder Balling Equipment, it can produce spherical titanium powderThis equipment allows titanium sponge to fiercely react with hydrogen at certain temperature. When hydrogen content in titanium sponge is more than 2.3%, brittle titanium hydride is formed. Through heat treatment at 700°C, most interstitial hydrogen is subsequently removed to produce titanium powder.
Features
a. Integrated hydrogenation, crushing classification treatment and dehydrogenation. It is a continuous hydrogenation dehydrogenation device to achieve continuous production of titanium powder.
b. Instead of removing out of the furnace, hydrogenated material is milled in under shielding gas environment and directly moves to dehydrogenation process, thus minimizing pollution risk and energy consumption on temperature adjustments.
