Gear Change System High Speed Roll Feeder Machine Press Machine
Features :
1. Designed for high-speed processing and higt precision
feeding,feed length change is achieved by alternation lf 4 gears.
2. Modular configuration: gears,pneumatic material keep and release
device.
3. Optional features: Material end sensing photoelectric
switch,extended material support
4. Intermittent roll feed is adopted in the cam draving system.
5. Feeding length is altered by changing 2 to 4 pieces of gears.
6. The system is draven by lower roll. The upper roll is pressed by
the spring.
7. Manual change of the air valve is used to released the upper and
lower rolls when inserting the material
8. Index cams are lubricated in oil bath and gear system is
lubricated automatically.
9. Upper and lower roll are hard chrome plated
10. Slackening device is eccentricity cam,so slackening angle is
within 00-1800, and is adjustable .
