Introduction

Jet mud mixer is this kind of equipment to match with the drilling solids control equipment, generally used for mixing and adjusting the proportion of drilling fluid, changing the density, viscosity and water loss etc. with more excellent operation if being matched with shear pump. TR can design both one jet mud mixer and double jet mud mixer according to user’s requirements. The galvanizing treatment adopts for the base, hopper, which has the property of anti-rust. Therefore, its life span of the whole unit will be much longer.

Our jet mud mixer is safe and reliable, and easy to move. It can improve pressure head of mixed liquid, enhance dispersion effect of material, make the material recycle and mix enough in the mud tank.

Features of TRSLH Series Jet Mud Mixer:

1. Sand pump and jet mixing hopper can either be combined or be installed separately, and they are connected by pipelines and valves. Seals adopt packing and mechanical double seal, which have good sealing performance.
2. TR Jet mud mixer can change the density, viscosity and water loss effectively, and also enhance material dispersion effect, improve the mixed liquid pressure head, so that the material in the tank fully mixed.
3. Single jet mud mixer is composed of one sand pump, one jet mixing hopper that are installed in a base with pipe valves. Duplex jet mud mixer is composed of two sand pumps and two jet mixing hoppers.
