Yes, we are FACTORY, all bags and boxes can be customized.
2. Can you print our logo or company name ?
Yes, Your logo or company name can be printed on bags or boxes. Screen printing, silver stamping, gold stamping, heat transfer printing, color printing methods are ALL available.
3. Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in packing box design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect boxes. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
4. Is it possible to get a free sample?
A: Yes, STOCK samples are FREE, but shipping cost U COLLECT. We could also customize sample for you, the specific price will be confirmed based on the sample’s workmanship. The sample fee will be REFUNDED if we have a further cooperation in the future.
5. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 5-10 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
6. What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually our lead time is 7-15 days, rush order is acceptable.
