1), In DMX340 lighting control system: when using in synchronization application ,we need to notice the only one controller ID=1 we can set .In general ,No.1 controller is located in the first one of all cascaded controllers .

2),The application range of the time switch of relay in general to use only one DMX340 for project.Standard products without this features.

1), The LCD of controller shows the PLAY00X,but press-button doesn’t work.
Re: The SD card of controller hasn’t been formatted to FAT32 or SD card problems . Usually can exchange the SD Card to deal with these problems.

2), Under the way of sync-line synchronously,a series of controllers behind No,2 one can’t save the parameters .
Re: Sync-line synchronously is subject to a No. 1 controller .Otherwise, more controllers won't be able to synchronization, so if you want to adjust the parameters such as speed, please adjust the Numbers for 1 of the controller.

3), Under the way of sync-line synchronously,the time setting of more DMX340 controllers can’t be set up the same .Whether it will have an influence on the synchronization ?
Re: In this situation,the controller to read is the first time information,other time is not effective, so will not affect the synchronization.
