Besides good resistance to most solvents and acids, fibre glass reinforced Polyester is inflammable and self-extinguishing. The enclosures are preferably used as terminal enclosures or as command and information enclosures in chemically aggressive environments such as refineries or road tunnels

• All enclosures fulfil protection class IP 66 in accordance with DIN EN 60529
• The cover screws cannot be lost and are made of stainless steel
• The enclosure is fixed outside of the sealing area with separated fixing channels
• Temperature resistance with neoprene seal: -40 °C to +110 °C
• Temperature resistance with silicone seal: -50 °C to +140 °C
• The neoprene cover seal is oil and petrol resistant
• Special seals, such as ones made of silicone, are available on request
• The standard enclosure colour is light grey, similar to RAL 7001
• Special colours are available on request
