Moisture is effectively reduced from saturation point to acceptable levels for continuous processing by two regenerative desiccant columns.

1. The closed circuit, circulating hot and dry air through the material in hopper dryer and eliminates contamination of the dried material by moist air from the atmosphere.

2. Single, energy-saving blower, easy to operate and maintain.

3. A snake-cooler is provided to cool return air, then remove the moisture in hot air by desiccant column enable to use recycle.

4. The control-body and hopper dryer are divided, convenient for operation and easy installation.

5. Dew Point. -40C.

6. Main controller body can be connected with Hopper Dryer for use.
