Metal rib lath machine is used for produce galvanized rib lath.The full production line includes the following equipments:Decoiler,main punching machine,expanding machine,collecting table.

Rib lath production line operation steps:

1. Turn on the control box main power and separate power supply.Turn on air pressure switch.
2. Start the punching machine working.
3. Start the expanding machine working.
4. Set packing number.
5. Adjust products length.(±2mm)
6. Punched steel material into expanding machine.
7. Expanded rib lath into cut off die,the first cut made the mesh leveling.
8. Precise adjust the product length.
9. Automaticly cycle production.
