  - sturdy, two-layer hinge, full-length hinge seal, make our cover more energy efficient overall by filling in the entire gap between the two halves;

  - tapered / sloped EPS foam core for maximum run-off of rainwater, prevent pooling;
  - with steel support C-channel beams at the middle, for added strength across the hinge area;

  - upgrade options: mesh backside liner, double-wrapping option, aluminum wrapping on the foam cores, stainless steel frame reinforcement, split cover corners etc.

TIP: it is important to let spa hot tub breathe. On a weekly basis by lifting spa cover off your spa for at least an hour. Removing the cover when you shock for at least an hour is very important to the health of your cover. This will let the chemical cloud and moisture below your cover to dissipate.
