heavy-duty material frame during the winding process of the
finished product, a material tensioning machine is required at the
front end of the Ruihui heavy-duty material frame.
The stamped material is first passed through a tensioner, tensioned
by a tensioner, and then retracted by a heavy material frame.
However, at present, Ruihui's standard tensioning and receiving
material racks are used to wind up the finished copper strips,
aluminum strips, and finished strips from the tensioner into the
heavy-duty material rack.
The small detachment angle causes the speed of the retracting of
the heavy material frame and the pinching speed of the tensioner to
be consistently consistent during the high speed winding process.
Therefore, it is inevitable that the finished material strip will
be shaken when it is discharged from the tensioner, so that when
the heavy material rack is received, the surface of the outermost copper strip of the
material is often scratched.
The wear and tear caused damage to the finished copper strip and
aluminum strip, and the quality of the finished product could not
be guaranteed.
In order to fundamentally solve the problem that the copper strip
and the aluminum strip are easily scratched when harvesting, Ruihui
Machinery specially designed and produced a custom-made tensioning
material rack for the winding of such finished strips.
The utility model is provided with a winding guide roller on the
top of the heavy material frame, which can fundamentally solve the
problem of surface scratching when the copper strip and the
aluminum strip are received.
The phenomenon of wear and failure of the finished product is
avoided, and the surface quality and production efficiency of the
product are improved.
The winding guide roller of Ruihui custom tensioning material rack
is placed on the top of the heavy material rack, and the finished
copper strip and aluminum strip are discharged from the tensioner
and passed through the guide drum.
Then the material frame is finished to rewind, so that the finished
copper strip and the aluminum strip will have a larger detachment
angle from the guide roller guide roller to the material frame
expansion and contraction reel, thereby fundamentally eliminating
the original because the detachment angle is too small. The
resulting abrasions ensure the quality of the tape winding.
