move forward through the tensioning rod .

When the coil material is placed, the tensioning cylinder moves in
the opposite direction, and the connecting block and the curved
tray are moved to the outside, the diameter of the material rack
becomes larger, and the inner diameter of the coil has a certain
pressing force.
In this way, it is possible to achieve a more accurate positioning
of the coil material and to reliably fix the coil material. When
the coil is loaded, the first cylinder is activated, and the
extension cylinder is rotated in the reverse direction by the first
cylinder.
NC straighener feeder automatic feeding and feeding process:
When the three-in-one feeder needs to be unwound, the rotary
cylinder is started, and the rotary cylinder drives the power shaft
to rotate through the chain, and the power shaft drives the entire
material frame to rotate, and starts to transport the coil.
The conveyed coil material is fed by the feeding device to match
the folding and flattening of the feeding guide mechanism, and is
leveled into the leveling mechanism to complete the automatic
feeding and feeding.

mechanism is guided between the lower feeding guide plate and the
upper feeding guide plate to enter between the lower feeding roller
