Improving the industrial conveyor belt hopper is one of the
effective measures to prevent premature failure of the conveyor
belt. In order to improve the delivery of the hopper, the belt
conveyor has a 2.5-fold increase in the ability to pass foreign
objects.
The long and large foreign objects are in the funnel wall and the
conveyor belt. The possibility of tearing the conveyor belt by
foreign matter is reduced during the process of transporting
between the cards.
The funnel in the hopper, the gap between the conveyor belts and
the larger running direction of the conveyor belt, solves the
problem of coal, gift card between the conveyor belt and the
language board, and eliminates the damage caused by the conveyor
belt. Large hopper with buffer baffle inside to prevent material
from directly hitting the conveyor belt.
