Brief Introduction

Jet Mud Mixer is a special equipment to change drilling fluids density, mud density and viscosity by adding chemicals so as to adjust the proportion of the drilling fluids averagely, then make the mud for recycle use in drilling fluids. It will be perfect matched with shear pump. The whole unit mainly is composed of sand pump, jet hopper, jet mixer and base with pipelines. TR can design both one jet mud mixer and double jet mud mixer according to client’s requirements. The galvanizing treatment adopts for the base, hopper, which has the property of anti-rust. Thus its life span of the whole unit will be much longer.

TRSLH series jet mud mixer can be matched with other solids control system. It’s reliable and safe, and easy to move. It can improve pressure head of mixed liquid, enhance dispersion effect of material, make the material recycle and mix enough in mud tank.

TR jet mud mixer is composed of one set(or multi-set) centrifugal pump and one set(or multi-set) jet mixing hopper installed in a base with pipe valves. Its hopper and centrifugal pump either can be combined to use or be installed separately.
