Main Introduction

Jet mud mixer is a combination of centrifugal pump and mixing hopper with pipelines. It is scientifically designed to be the optimal solution for mixing of both mud bulk material and mud additive chemicals into the drilling fluid. TRSLH series jet mud mixer is made up of one set(or multi-set) centrifugal pump and one set(or multi-set) jet mixing hopper installed in a base. Its hopper and centrifugal pump either can be combined to use or be installed separately.

Jet mud mixer is a special equipment to prepare and increase drilling fluids weight by adding and mixing bentonite. It changes density, viscosity and dehydration of drilling fluids. The effect is more prominent matching with shear pump. Our TRSLH series jet mud mixer is a unit used together with other solids control system for oil & gas drilling, trenchless tunnelling and horizontal directional drilling. We can manufacture duplex jet mud mixer according to user’s requirements.
